CNC Machining Complete Technological Process from Raw Material to Shipment
The technological process begins with a quotation, followed by arranging the order. Raw materials are then procured and undergo Incoming Quality Control (IQC) before being warehoused. The materials are subsequently machined, and First Article Acceptance (FAA) is conducted to ensure quality. Mass machining commences, with In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) checks throughout. Semi-finished products are again machined, with another round of FAA and mass machining, accompanied by IPQC. Once completed, the products are warehoused, packed, and shipped.
